These Terms govern your use of NextFlat (“the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

NextFlat provides a discovery and community platform for residential rental listings including shared flats, private rooms, PGs, and flatmates. We are not a real estate broker, agent, landlord, property owner, or legal representative. We do not inspect physical properties and do not guarantee individual listing accuracy.

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and updated information during account creation and profile management. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You strictly agree not to:

• Post false, fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading listings
• Harass, defraud, abuse, discriminate against, or spam other users
• Use the Platform for unlawful, commercial advertising, or illegal purposes
• Scrape, harvest, crawl, or extract automated data from NextFlat without written authorization

Users uploading photos, floor plans, room descriptions, or listings grant NextFlat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote such content across the Platform. For aggregated public content, ownership remains with the original poster.

NextFlat is not liable for:

• Financial loss, advance deposit issues, or fraud arising from third-party interactions
• Misrepresentation or inaccurate details posted by third parties
• Inaccurate, unavailable, or outdated listing data
• Private disputes between tenants, flatmates, and landlords
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold NextFlat and its team harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

• Your posts, uploaded images, descriptions, or listings
• Your direct interactions, agreements, or disputes with other users
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable local laws

NextFlat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, infringes on the rights of others, or poses safety risks to the community.

We may update or revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our service or legal obligations. Continued use of NextFlat after revisions are posted constitutes your explicit acceptance of the updated Terms.
