Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Learn how our return process works for flat listing contact information.

1. Overview

NextFlat charges a fee for revealing the contact details of flat listings — such as the owner's or broker's phone number — to help you get in touch directly. If the contact information provided is found to be unsatisfactory (e.g., incorrect, unreachable, or irrelevant), you may submit a formal return request to receive a refund or credit.

2. Eligible Reasons for a Return

A return request may be considered if the purchased contact information falls under one of the following categories:

  • The phone number provided is incorrect, invalid, or not in service
  • The contact person is unreachable after repeated, reasonable attempts
  • The listing details do not match what was described (e.g., flat already rented)
  • The contact information is a duplicate of one you have already purchased

3. How to Submit a Return Request

Returns are handled exclusively via a formal email request. Please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@nextflat.in with the subject line: "Return Request – Flat Listing Contact"
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Your registered email address or phone number
    • The listing ID or URL of the flat in question
    • The date of purchase / contact unlock
    • A brief description of why the contact information was unsatisfactory
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date you purchased / unlocked the contact information. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply.

5. Resolution Options

Upon approval of your return request, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • A wallet credit equivalent to the amount paid, applicable for future unlocks
  • A replacement contact unlock for an equivalent listing
  • A refund to the original payment method, where applicable

6. Non-Eligible Situations

Returns will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The flat was successfully contacted but you changed your mind
  • You found the flat through another channel after purchasing contact details
  • The contact information was valid at the time of purchase but became unavailable later
  • No formal return request was submitted via email within the return window
  • The request lacks sufficient detail to investigate

7. Disclaimer

NextFlat aggregates listings from public sources and direct submissions. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure listing accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all contact information is up to date at the time of purchase. Return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and NextFlat reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
