About the space & setup: The flat originally came unfurnished. We’ve already furnished our own bedrooms, so you will have a blank canvas to set up the hall how you like. You will need to take care of your own bed, wardrobe, AC, etc., though we do have a spare mattress we can provide to get you started! We are more than happy to help you get your space set up we’ve already navigated renting furniture through platforms like Rentomojo and Cityfurnish for our rooms, so we can easily share those contacts and help you get sorted. Amenities, Maid & Shared Costs: We’ve already rented a fridge, washing machine, and water purifier for the house. The monthly rental cost for these will just be split equally among the three of us. We also have a cooking maid who comes to the flat; if you'd like to opt in for meals, we can easily discuss the arrangement and split the cost based on your needs.
