Looking for a flatmate in a 3bhk well lit spacious apartment in Koramangala ST Bed layout (Aishwarya Apartments, gated society) close to 4th block. Walking distance from Mahraja signal/wipro signal. The room comes with a private cozy balcony and a private un-attached washroom right beside. The apartment has a lot of natural light (a lot of balconies) and is very spacious. The owners themselves used to live here and are leaving most of the furniture - Cots in all rooms, dining table, sofa set - Almost ready to move in. We are 2 male bachelors, looking for a third flatmate. Total Deposit is 2.5 lacs Total Rent 80k incl. Maintenance Set up costs - Should be around 10-15k per person (planning to get appliances and some good lamps for the living area, maybe a TV) We have a Maid and a Cook ~15k a month Brokerage ~1 month rent We are looking for someone who can keep the place clean, well maintained and set it up like home. Should be okay with non-veg. Move in 1st September, we can check out the place from 28th August, the owner will move out by then. The owners are really sweet and understanding.
