The Setup: 3 BHK flat (2 single occupancy rooms + 1 double occupancy master bedroom).🏬 AC ❄️, Refrigerator 🧊, washing machine🧺🧼👕, kitchen setup, and a king size bed with a cot 🛌, closets 🚪. Cook is optional(she charges 2k/person) 🍳 👩🏻‍🍳 Financials (Per Person Share): Rent: ₹9500/month (Total: ₹38,000 split by 4). In this area flat rent is minimum 45k for 3bhk, ours is quite less for this area. 💶 Maintenance: ₹500/month (Total: ₹2000 split by 4) Maid: ₹875/month (Total: ₹3,500 split by 4) 👩🏻‍⚖️ Security Deposit: ₹15,000 (refundable from the next tenant) Why equal amount even though 2 sharing for master bedroom?
