3 BHK for Rent in Sector 43

Hi ladies! I have a place in hextax commune sec 43, its a decent family home 3 bhk vibe. It is also 75k, which i should be able to push down to atleast 69/70k, but there's brokerage of 15 days. I am looking to move in by jan 1st week, and I'm looking for two more chill vibe flatmates to join me! One caveat, I have a hyperfriendly labrador that will stay with me occasionally every month. So I'm looking for female flatmates that are okay with that. As a person i am fairly chill - i keep common spaces clean and tidy, don't invade personal spaces and I am open to mingling with flatmates occasionally 😊 Professionally I am leading People and Operations for a very young startup, also based in sec 43, with roots in the US! I would prefer vegetarian flatmates, eggs are ok, and not cool with non veg being cooked regularly. Please dm in case you are interested!
