Single occupancy- Rent- 26k Deposit -40k ( Refundable) Lock in period will be of 3 months Double occupancy only for Females Rent- 14k Deposit-20k ( Refundable) Lock-in 3 months So in hall there will be 3 guys currently all are working professionals . In master bedroom one couple is staying with us Another master bedroom 1 guy is staying . And this room is going to be vacant by next week and we are looking for 2 girls to occupy this room or couple All the other expenses will be splitting amongs tenants like electricity/ Wi-Fi/ gas bill/ maid bill etc equally.
