The flat also has a nice spacious kitchen with a small fridge and a washing machine in the attached balcony. The lobby is extremely spacious with a sofa set and a carpet, with a small sized tv in the lobby. Two wheelers can be parked inside the building. The overall flat rent is 53k/mo, incremented by 5% each year. The rent split between the rooms is 19k, 18k and 16k, and the 16k and 19k rooms are already occupied. My friends who I was sharing the flat with are leaving, so we got rid of the maid and the cook. We can decide amongst ourselves about the prices and need of these services.
