Everything is close by and the rent is Rs. 21,615 (Including maintenance) and a Deposit of Rs. 35,500 (a mad steal) The room is spacious, unfurnished, very well ventilated with an unattached but dedicated bathroom just outside the room. Electricity, wifi, maid and furniture (a few pieces are rented) are added costs. The apartment has a really nice fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a balcony, and a dining room as well.
