Looking for non vegetarian women, preferably in their late 20s as the finances are not very easy on the pocket, who prioritise cleanliness and understand individual responsibility towards maintaining a house together. Total Rent: 62k (will try to negotiate with the owner) Quarterly maintenance: 12-15k (comes to around 5k per person once every three months). Moving in charges by society per person: 500 (my gate access) They will also take a 5k per person deposit from bachelors which will be returned when you’re leaving.
