No absurd restrictions in sight here 🙂 The society amenities are premium and word class - a huge pool, club house with a superbly equipped gym, squash and badminton courts, yoga studio, co-working space, multiple gathering halls and lounges, and so on. It’s a newly constructed society. The architecture and design is beautiful. We had one visit and we knew instantly that this is where we want to stay. The apartment is on the 16th floor out of 18. The room has a huge window and gets ample sunlight and ventilation. There’s a dedicated, non-attached washroom. House needs to be set up and the initial set up cost will be divided among the 3 tenants.
