This is a semi furnished flat with geyser, bed and wardrobe. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom and a balcony. Rent for the Master bedroom is ₹15k (maintenance extra). Deposit - ₹1 Lakh. We have already rented a washing machine, fridge and mattress. Rent for this along with wifi comes up to ₹1,310 per head per month.
