Rent: 23k per month Deposit: 40k (20k each person) Rent and electricity will be shared among the flatmates. The flat is in Lotus Arena Society, right opposite to the Reliance Smart. It's a gated society with security guard and camera, right on the main road. Super easy accessibility to the cab and other facilities. The house is fully ventilated and very spacious.
