Hi everyone, I am looking for a flatmate for a single room in a preoccupied, fully furnished 2BHK in Nehru Nagar(Near Chembur), Mumbai. The place is centrally located and has seamless connectivity with most of Mumbai office locations. The room will be available for occupancy from the 21st January. The rent is very reasonable basis the location and the building is a new construction and has all the modern amenities including gym. - Rent for single occupancy: Rs. 26,500 - Every room has their own bathroom, and storage space is plenty - Security Deposit is Rs 70,000 - One time set up cost Rs 20,000 (includes bed, mattress, almirah, table and chair) - The flat is semi-furnished and we have 3 ACs (one in each room and one in the drawing room) and has a fridge, washing machine and a sofa set along with it. - The flat is fully furnished.
