Here are the details - Rent and Other Information (your share) Monthly Rent - Rs. 14,000/month Deposit (One-time Refundable) - Rs. 45,000 Brokerage - Rs. 14,000 (one-time, can be claimed back from your replacement when you vacate the flat) Maid - 1.1k/month Cook - 2.5k/month Water, electricity, etc. will be split as per usage. *Note: Washing machine, Fridge, TV, Sofa, Kitchen setup & all the appliances are owned by me for which you don't have to pay anything but you can use everything! He has lived here for around 6+ months, but moving out now. He's looking to move out urgently as he has recently quit his job so any leads would be appreciated.
