Fridge, mattress, sofa are rented - total ₹4k/month (so ₹2k per person). Washing machine is owned by me (and yes, it actually works). I’ve got an extra study table + chair you’re welcome to use. I also have a PS5 but no TV to play it on... yet. Manifesting a TV purchase soon. Kitchen is fully equipped, so if you cook, you’re sorted. The living room is huge - perfect for hosting friends, board game nights, or full-fledged parties. Small but efficient utility area for laundry etc. Apartment is a standalone building, not one of those crowded complexes. 🧹 House Help I’ve got an amazing cook + maid. Cleaning charges: ₹3.5k total → ₹1750 per person. You can ask her to cook for you too - she’s genuinely great. 📍 Location Perks Walking distance to Koramangala D-Mart, medical stores, bakeries, eateries, everything you could possibly need.
