Rent: ₹15,433 per person (renewal due in May) 2. ⁠Security Deposit: ₹1.2L (to be divided by 3) 3. ⁠Painting Charges: 1 month’s rent (This will be adjusted from the security deposit at the time of move-out) Setup Costs - Home setup cost: ₹21,000 (Includes fridge, microwave, washing machine, gas stove, cylinder, utensils, couch, center table, WiFi router, TV) - Brokerage: One month’s rent (Paid on rotation basis) - Rent Agreement: Once finalized, a new rent agreement will be made, and the charges for the same will be shared between you and me.
