hey guys, i'm looking for my replacement in a 3-BHK at Shriram Spandhana, in Challaghatta, Domlur.. Its a huge gated society (with all the amenities that can be thought of) and is adjacent to EGL Tech Park. Coming to the flat, its situated on the 1st floor and is kinda semi furnished - so there's RO, fridge, washing machine, dining table already setup. Cook and maid are already setup. I'm attaching the pics of the flat and the bedroom that will be vacant. The washroom is attached, also the office table and chair that you see in the pic are mine, and so is the mattress. The queen-sized bed is on rent. Monthly rent - 21834 Monthly maintenance comes to around 2-2.2k per month, but this is paid on a quarterly basis. Security deposit + setup cost - 65k.
